Who can see them?
Only the family members you invite. No ads and no strangers.
How do I record?
From Home tap Record a Story, pick a question, then Video, Voice, Photo, or Scan an Old Photo. Tap Stop or Take Photo, then Save. For a photo, tap Talk about this photo to tell its story out loud.
What if I change phones?
Your shared stories are saved in the cloud. Open your family link on the new phone to see them again.

Famcorder is a simple, private place for your family to record stories by video, voice or photo, so the people you love can hear them in your own voice for years to come. Only your invited family can see them, with no ads and no strangers.
How to use
- Tap Record a Story. Read the question, or tap Different question.
- Tap Record Video or Record Voice. After a 3-2-1 countdown, just talk. Tap Stop, then Save Story.
- Or tap Add a Photo, then Talk about this photo to tell its story out loud.
- Tap View Family Stories to watch and listen. Newest first.
- Tap ❤️ on a story to show some love.
